How do I determine my correct size in Iron Heart denim?
We provide detailed measurements for every garment. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own that fits well and comparing those figures to our specific size charts found on the product pages.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, while we are based in Germany, we ship our heavy-duty apparel worldwide using reliable carriers like DHL and UPS. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items that have been customized or hemmed are not eligible for return.
Will my raw denim jeans shrink after the first wash?
Most of our denim is sanforized (pre-shrunk), meaning shrinkage is minimal. However, our 'Unsanforized' or 'Shrink-to-Fit' models will shrink significantly. Check the product description for specific shrinkage estimates.
Do you offer a hemming service?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on a Union Special machine for many of our denim products. Please specify your desired inseam length when ordering, but remember that hemmed jeans cannot be returned.
