IHSH-442-ORA - 9oz Selvedge Flannel Work Shirt - Orange Check
As a lighter alternative to the signature Ultra Heavy Flannel (UHF) shirts, the 9 oz. unbrushed selvedge flannel fabrics offer the classic Iron Heart style in a cooler, more breathable version for the warmer months. This year's plaid designs are a "best of" selection inspired by some of our most popular UHF color combinations from recent years. Unlike previous 9 oz. flannel fabrics, which were treated with rope and sulfur dyes to allow fading, these fabrics are woven with reactive-dyed yarns, resulting in superior colorfastness. Only four looms in Japan can produce these intricate patterns, which require changing the weft thread during the weaving process. These SS26 shirts are among the most exclusive Japanese flannel shirts available.
