This yokeless Western CPO shirt is cut from 8 oz. Japanese whipcord. Whipcord, also known as "jungle cloth," originated in military clothing. It is a tightly woven fabric known for its durability and windproof properties. The rugged 8 oz whipcord used to make this shirt is woven from long-fiber combed yarns, resulting in a high-density, lightweight fabric with a soft feel and a silky appearance. This CPO-cut shirt offers slightly more body length than our standard Western-cut shirts. It features oversized copper snaps and additional handwarmer pockets for versatility. This style forgoes the Western-style front yoke, adding only a straight back yoke for a military-inspired, utilitarian look.
